Lance Watson, Jr., M.Div.
Our founder is a leadership consultant and community strategist based in Richmond, Virginia. He is the founder of Envolved, an organization focused on developing people, strengthening systems, and supporting community-based impact.His academic training includes a B.S. in IT Project Management and a Master of Divinity (M.Div.). He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) in Strategic Leadership at United Theological Seminary. This blend of technical, organizational, and human-centered education shapes his structured and practical approach to leadership.
He is a certified VIA Character Strengths practitioner, applying evidence-based tools to help individuals and teams identify core strengths and improve performance.
He founded Envolved with a simple conviction: people grow best in environments where purpose is clear, relationships are strong, and practical skills are accessible. His work sits at the intersection of faith, leadership development, and social enterprise. He helps individuals and organizations move from intention to structure, and from vision to execution.
